  When someone helped you, had you said "thank you" to him? Maybe he just does what should he do, but you ought to thank everyone.
  When you came to the world, you should thank your parents first,also you ought to thank the doctors and the nurses. From the elementary school to college, the teachers and your classmates were supposed to thanked.
  All of your friends, no matter how long had not contacted,you should thank
all the time you stayed together.If you have a grateful heart, I belive you
